A disabled relative told me on New Year’s Day that his wheelchair needed service. He lives in NE Columbus. I live two hours from Columbus, so I didn’t know where to get help. I found Mobility City of Columbus via an online search and sent them an email. Don responded right away and assured me that he would put us into his first available appointment. Even though our repair required a special-ordered part, Don was able to get the part within 24 hours and repair the chair quickly. Fast response time. Very professional service. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was referred to this place by another mobility store to rent a mobile scooter. The staff was incredible and so knowledgeable on what scooter to rent. I rented with them 2 times and I was able to do 4 major events with ease. Then I had to get a permit mobility scooter and the staff told me the best one to get and offer a discount for being a repeat customer. I am so thankful and appreciative of this store.
